ABOUT US

Sally & Otis Marston
  Otis and Sally Marston met and married during their college years. They both had a passion for creativity - Sally's passion was planning and planting gardens and Otis's passion was creating innovative and delicious dishes. Their pursuits eventually led them to create and run Marston's Restaurant which opened in Pasadena in 1988. Reviews by the Los Angeles Times, New York Times and Gourmet magazine, an appearance on NBC's Travel Café hosted by Chuck Henry and a Number One rating in the Zagat Restaurant Guide brought people to their dining table from all over the world.

Since selling Marston's, famed for Otis's creations - California Orange Salad, White Lightnin' Chili, Bread Pudding, and Crème Brule - Otis and Sally have enjoyed launching the next phase of their creative passions. Their famous San Pasqual Salad Dressing and Candied Pecans are being sold in retail stores and Otis is hosting cooking demonstrations in homes and specialty stores.
